Meet Siobhan

My name is Siobhan Nell and I’m a Cognitive Hypnotherapist who really loves what I do.

I’ve done over ten years of training with internationally respected psychology and hypnotherapy gurus. In my personal struggle for success and peace as a human being, woman, friend, partner, mother, sister, grandmother, provider and businessperson I’ve learned that we can’t do this on our own. We need help; sound, wise, informed, balanced help. I’m offering mine to you.

After battling the Sugar monster for my entire life, I challenged Siobhan to see if she could rid me of my sweet tooth, only half believing that it was possible, but ever hopeful. I had tried many times to give up sugar, without success.
In my first session, we established the reason for my comfort eating, and did some work in that area, and then had two more follow up sessions after that. From Day One, I have never again had sugar in my tea, and only occasionally had it in very strong coffee.
